Went to a coin show today- updated image

Eventhough I went just to see someone, I did end up buying a coin. It is a Russian 20 kopeks. Here is a quick image. My copy stand is still packed away. Can anyone give an approx. grade just from one side?

<< <i>Is that a die break or a scratch on the reverse at 11:00? If the former, I'd give the coin an EF40-45. >>
When I look at the coin with the naked eye, I can't see the mark.
