With whatever the market will bear and actual sales are much higher than the book. Did you see what airplanenut's specimens sold for on ebay some months ago? Several multiples of "book".
Personally I don't think they're worth it, had one here on memo and returned it but that was my opinion and it still is.

The eBayer in France is selling what appears to be the same set the OP is asking about - essai, but not piedforts.
The mintage is 1,200 not 104. Perhaps mrpotatoheadd has the current catalog value.
