Has Anybody Seen These!!! VAMS??

Got two for you to look at, and give your opinion as to Vams or too small to list.First one 1921-P,with Die Chip or break over E in one,second one 1899-O with Knob or die gouge under the I in pluribus between wheat leaves.What do you think?

Here is my write-up to him: "1921-P Break at top of E of ONE. G in motto has fill but the break is deeper than the letter itself and extends into the letter."
