Questions about the ebay coupon

Ok, So I'm watching a few coins that will be ending today and I have not received an email from eBay regarding the coupon. My questions are as follow.

1) Can I still use the 10% and 20% off coupons?
2) Is there a $$$ limit to which I can bid on something and use this coupon?
3) What other restrictions and limitations are there for this coupon? (I know I can only use the 10 and 20% once).
4) Oh and when does it expire?

If you didn't get it, I don't think you can use it.

I got the 20% off one, used it. Tried the $10% off and it didn't work.

Take something you still haven't paid for, try the coupon and see if it works (but don't hit the pay button). That will tell you if the coupons will work for you!

The problem is I haven't won anything yet with the chance of using the coupon and the other coins I'm looking at now are not prices I would normally pay.

So I'm either stuck or risking a lot on a gamble!!!

Ebay must have the coupons tied to the email address. My daughter tried 5 different codes and none would work for her.

I thought getting them was tied to past purchases but I was wrong.

Honey got one and she only has 1 FB total and it's for a $3 item!

I asked Ebay why I didn't get a coupon and the reply was that they did not give them out to everybody. Only a few which I think really sucks cause I coulda and woulda used em both!

I did not receive ebay notice of the 10% or the 20% off. On two separate purchases I tried both coupons. Neither coupon worked either time.

Talked to an eBay "Live" Rep last night. The coupon is tied to your email address. You have to have received an email or gotten the coupon via "My eBay" for it to work. I've got a 10% off up to $100 coupon available.

Went to check My Ebay and I did not receive notice of any coupons. Went to my home inbox, and there was an email from ebay that said I have won a $100 gift certificate. It said that I needed to log on and stay logged onto my ebay account for 10 minutes..... But since I didn't remember seeing any email in My Ebay in reference to that, I immediately went back to My Ebay account which was in another window and logged out.

Yes, and it drives me nuts! I use separate email addresses, for security reasons, for my eBay account and my PayPal account. They sure let me pay with that PayPal for my eBay winnings and even let buyers pay me there, but they cannot reconcile them for the coupon award codes. Never have. They might as well not even send them to me.
