PSA Authentication

I have several potentially valuable literary autographs (Mark Twain, Ernest Hemingway, Stephen Crane, Herman Melville, and others) that I want to get authenticated. There are no dealers in my state, and the PSA website is a bit confusing as to how to go about submitting items. Any suggestions? If the autographs are not legit I would like to know. If they are real, I've got a pretty valuable collection.

Who is the signature below Ernest Hemingway in the scan? Let me know and I will check if there have been any recent sales. You might want to also check ebay's current and completed auctions list and see if anything similair is available for sale.
