    Morgans and gold are pretty safe topics... bullion coins can generate a wide range of varied opinion, sort of a love /hate deal....

    Me, I hope you've got a 1885 CC Morgan with a 7th star die scratch and can post a high resolution image. image

    Well, I'll say this about these forums.... You guys rock! I am also new here, although I didn't do a spiffy introduction thread as we see here, I just kinda fell in-line and started posting. I must say that I have been shown great hospitality by you guys and everyone seems extremely friendly. I figured, when I first found this forum, that it would be like every other forum where people snap at each other and everyone has this, "I know everything attitude" but that hasn't been the case. I just wanted to say all that to say, "THANKS!" to all of you. When I posted about loosing my flying eagle I had someone send me another one and had several others offer to do the same. I felt bad about taking anything from anyone but it was a wonderful gesture that made my day! I also appreciate teh quick responses to my threads and the good advice that I have received and so far no one has picked on me as a newbie to the sport of coin collecting!
    I'll end this long post with another, "THANKS GUYS!"
