A just got a call from eBay.....

So about a month and a half ago I bought a $420 coin on eBay. Paid via PayPal. Coin Never showed. Seller did not use tracking, insurance, signature, nothing. Supposedly just mailed it. I filed a PayPal dispute and they took the money out of his account right away, and I am still waiting for them to "review" the case. I am not worried. This has happened before, and I am sure PayPal is going to pay up. So last night I get an "unpaid reminder" from eBay??? This seller is trying to ding me for not paying! Too funny. I respond with all the PayPal info, etc., and two hours later I got a call from eBay today saying not to worry! They said if this guy dings me with a negative they will just remove it. Finally a crumb for being a power seller!. But hey I'll take what I can get.

But I did get transferred to ebay by paypal last month. First conversation with a live ebay rep. Seller stole images of CBHs that happened to be nicer than the damaged junk she sent me. Paypal still reviewing my case and ebay NARU'd the seller. I hope they decide in my favor too!!
Repetition of ignorance is ignorance raised to the power two.

And they actually have a telephone?
Cool.
Out the scum!
The moral of this story was only about how eBay actually called me in a preemptive situation. I thought that was worth sharing. It happens.
<< <i>And they actually have a telephone? >>
Nah. They use Skype.
I forwarded it to all of the email addresses from which I've received other offerings. I think these folks will eventually all gather in the same place and find each other. Anyway that is my hope.
<< <i>I got a survey from them in my email but that same survey wasn't in my message box on eBay.

You should have sent that one to Spoof@ebay.com. There notes always come through their message boards. Never log into any link provided in emails from eBay in your regular email account. NEVER!
