If it brings the estimate it will be slightly more expensive than the replica a law student of mine gave me almost 40 years ago, but at least mine has a matching modern English translation in an identical frame!

Its hard to imagine how in the world the vellum survived for 700+ years. How many coins do we see that barely survive 100 years? That document has had some incredible caretakers throughout the years.

Its also hard to fathom a single family owning it for 5 centuries! Impressive.
