Man Charged with 25 Counts of Wire Fraud for Non Delivery


John Paul, 51, was charged by a federal grand jury of 25 counts of wire fraud after making more than $171,000 from his eBay fraud scheme. The US Attorney's Office in Madison, WI investigated Mr. Paul for listing coins on his eBay screen name badger-bay, collected the money, and never shipped the items.


Fraudster Pleads Guilty to Non Delivery of Coins


Todd Rabenold, 38, of Quakertown, Pennsylvania pled guilty to six counts of mail fraud. Mr. Rabenold defrauded at least 53 victims on eBay for more then $18,000. Money was sent for coins purchased on the site but items were never shipped.

    It appears as if PC's and IP addresses are not as transparent as some want to believe.

    Glad the sheisters got caught!
    I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
