popeye on a 62 lol, i wrote to him the other day- hes only been in base ball 60 years this comoing year, doing something with tampa devill rays now, remember in 2003 ws when chuck knoblock or however you spell it hi foul balll and it crack popeye in the head, next day he had a army helmet on with zim on the from and yankees logo on the side, that was funny!!!
I collect Seattle Pilots autographs, 1969 Topps autographs, Signed Mickey Mantle Home Run History cards and have a JC Martin collection (he was my college Baseball coach) Doug
I got this one autographed in person when I was a kid:
<-- one of those guys who bought way too many 1987 Topps cards for a quarter a pack back in the day. Other than that, I collect Al Kaline cards and any cool Twins cards. And, I love 1958 Topps so the Heritage set this year has sucked me in!
Thanks!!! The Grange is one of my favorites. The signature is perfect and the card is centered very well. The 77 Touchdown cards are tough to find centered well so I was very happy when I found this example.

Would you be willing to sell that autographed card of Paul Richards?? He was from my hometown of Waxahachie, TX. He used to always come to our high school baseball practices when i played around 1986, and 1987. The field was named after him, Richards Park. No one else would be in the stands to watch practice but he would be. None of us at that time really understood the vast experiences and knowledge that he could of shared with us. I wish I had taken the time to talk "ball" with him some, but I was always much more interested in going to see the girlfriend after practice. I never even got his autograph then but I chased all the modern guys at that time at Arlington Stadium. Now, I wish I had a signed ball or something of him to put on my shelf.
These arent exactly vintage, But I didnt know exactly what other thread to put them in. I traded some un-signed cards for them, so they arent TTM's either. Anyway, Here they are..........
I found a few 53 Bowman's in a box in my closet, This is the only one I was able to find out an address of, Very nice guy, He even personalized my letter to him which I am also keeping in a Card Saver. This Gentleman is 83 years young and can still find the time to be gracious to the fans, Thanks Mr. Coan !
Been a while since I posted in this thread, But I received two nice vintage sigs today and wanted to share. Rollie Fingers, who has one of the nicest sigs out there And Brooks Robinson.
Got these two today that I won off the bay. I'm not sure about the Lg Dupree auto because I have never sseen one, Mr Dupree passed away in 01 and I thought it would be a nice addition to my other 59's.I really dont know why anyone would fake a Lg Dupree auto, but cha never know.

Much appreciation. After auction fees and shipping it ran right at $200. Small price IMHO.
