It was my birthday earlier in the week and my mother and wife pooled some cash together in order to let me buy a birthday coin.
Well I have searched high and low - in fact, I am still searching - but have not found an eye popper which I want to call my birthday coin as yet. I must admit - I was intend on purchasing either a Walking Half or a 50c Oregon Comm with cool ( rainbow ? ) toning.
I have also broadend my net to include the Darkside so should you have a coin that you want to sell that fits the following criteria then please PM me ( or if you have the above Walker or Oregon coin ).
* Slabbed by either PCGS, NGC or ANACS
* Be of MS grade
* Displays cool toning
* Is an 'eye popper'
* No moderns
* Costs below $350
The Darkside countries/coins which I prefer are: South America, ZAR, Maundy sets, Early British, Vatican, Irish although feel free to ask if I am interested in anything else.

Colorfully toned 1926 Oregon halves are fairly common.
Try posting a WTB request to the BST.
I have found a small number of potential candidates this evening - all Darkside.
However I did also post a WTB post on the BST thread for the US coins.
