Ebay scammer

This seller is using Heritage pictures in a short auction ripoff. See sellerhere

Thanks to Preussen, since the 1876J Hamburg 2 mark ( and others he has up) were his and slabbed PCGS MS65image3Mark
I'm traveling on memory and running out of fuel.

Somehow that seller's ebay 'handle' reminded me of this ebay scammer thread on the lightside. The other seller. The MO is a bit different I suppose though. Can anyone report the one using the Heritage pictures, or does it have to be the 'owner' of the pictures?

edited to add...Now that I look closer at the acutions I wonder if by as is/as decribed with only a photo means you will get just that? He doesn't even say he's selling an actual coin. His feedback comes from an awful lot of low feedback people with lots of numbers in their names, including another samuel. Doesn't look like like he's hooking alot of bidders at least. Oh, and a private auction.....
