Looks like KM#91, cu-ni with a bust of King Constantine II on the obverse. 1966 mintage was 12-million. Values in the 2008 SCWC range from 15¢ to $22 BU (with the proof version valued at $1,250).

The only other year was 1970, when 5-million were struck. They're in the catalog from 50¢ to $25.

Whichever year, I'd value yours at <$1.
