One of my latest submissions just had the grades posted....Thought I'd do better on the basketball that I submitted, especially the 1975's but must not have been looking close enough....anyone have any idea what the Ripken FF card goes for in PSA 10??

it seems like they are only going up to 8 lately
on vintage or older modern.. I can't get a 9 or 10.. to save my life..
if someone knows the secret handshake can you teach it to me? lol

by the way.. $7 for the ripken.. where should I send that?? j/k nice card

Your welcome to everyone mentioning the Ryno rookie. I got it out of a pack that I bought off of Bob Smith (believe that was his correct name...Bob, don't yell if I misstated your last name!!) who had a thread awhile back about the Columbus show he was doing with the vintage packs. I purchased a run of 80's wax packs from him and the Ryno was in the 83 wax pack. In fact I thought the Clemens was better than the Ryno. I got that out of the 85 wax pack I bought.........The Eck PSA 9 from 1980 also came out of one of the packs purchased, along with the Ryan record breaker.....

I was just kidding about the value of the ripken.. I am sure it has good value in psa 10.. I think the white out is a rare version..

I was pretty sure you were kidding about the Ripken, but one never knows.....I also have heard that the whiteout version is rarer....in fact I don't think I have ever seen one.

I just noticed that the list for the cards that I had graded shows the Ripken as the whiteout version.....Unless I lost my mind I thought I sent in the FF version....will be interesting to see what shows up ...probably a mechanical error that I'll have to send back to PSA.
