Does anyone have any information on the Cardinal Collection Educational Foundation?

I was reading the latest issue of the Esylum, and a member wrote a review of Moulton's new book called "Henry Voigt and Others Involved with America's Early Coinage". The article indicated that the book was published by the Cardinal Collection Educational Foundation. Does anyone have more information on this organization?

I checked online, and they seem to have two websites. The website gave a little blurb as follows about the organization: "A non-profit educational organization, focusing on the study and publication of information on Early Coinage of the United States of America. Visit Cardinal Collection's other web site: Earlyuscoins.org." How significant a player are they in publishing and promoting education about early American coinage?
