China - real or fake?

Got this one not too long ago and took a good look at it today. Other than the ink staining, take a look at the die break that joing the characters at the bottom of the reverse and the characters in general. Do you believe it to be real or fake?





The original file names for the photos included the popular modern spelling of the province that this coin came from...apparently the forum filter doesn't like the word.

It looks rather crude but then again so do the images of the original. What about the die crack do you find noteworthy?
