I'm flattered. I find the little tildes and asterisks to be attention-grabbing, and rather garland-like.
Nice toning on that rupee, there.
Edit: just one thing about your title, though- if you choose to begin the week on Sunday, like I did with the last thread, I believe, then the date should be 12/03. If your week starts Monday (tomorrow), that'll be 12/04. We're several days in advance of 12/07, though that is of course the month and year.

The Latin inscription reads (obverse): LEOPOLDVS D[EI] G[RATIA] R[OMANORVM] I[MPERATOR] S[EMPER] A[VGVSTVS] G[ERMANIAE] H[VNGARIAE] B[OHEMIAE] REX (reverse): ARCHID[VX] AVS[TRIAE] DVX B[VRGVNDIAE] CO[MES] TYR[OLIS] 1668. In English: "Leopold, by the Grace of God, Emperor of the Romans, always Augustus, of Germany, Hungary, and Bohemia, King, Archduke of Austria, Duke of Burgundy, Count of Tyrol, 1668." The unusual shape of the emperor's mouth on this coin earned it the nickname, "Leopold the Hogmouth," but most collectors do not believe the coin was an accurate depiction.

1964 Mexico mint set in Capital type hard plastic holder...nice unc./BUcoins, the silver peso is toning around the edges
Aftermarket set in mint-type soft plastic including 1963 one and five centavos, 1959 ten and fifty centavos, a 1960 20 centavos, and a silver 1962 peso. All the copper is red, the peso is white with just a little toning on the bottom of the obverse.
Toned copper - probably part of a put together type set at one time. Mostly brown with multi-colored toning Unc./BU coins - very pretty...1964 centavo, 1965 5 centavos, 1970 20 cetavos.
Toned BU 1970 50 centavos
Toned 1966 silver peso
I'd like $25.00 dlvd. for the group...slightly higher if you live outside of the US.

For the past year, I've been searching rolls of U.S. nickels and putting aside extras that I find. Along the way, I've gotten interested in Canadian nickels, too. I'd like to swap a roll of U.S. from 1939-1970 (mostly 40s & 50s) for a roll of similarly dated Canadian. My roll won't have any killer things in it (no Wartime), but includes some pretty good dates/mints. Most are in Good-Fine condition. I just thought this would be a fun thing to do. Also, if there's anything particular you're looking for, I can see if I have that. Otherwise, I'll just include as many different dates and mints as I can.
You can PM me, or just email me directly at collard@bigsky.net
Also, if I should be posting this as a separate topic, I'd appreciate any input. I've never done this before.
Thanks!
Sneed
Anyone have an old copy of Coincraft's Standard Catalogue of English and UK Coins 1066 to Date or Coins of England and the United Kingdom (Spink) that you want to pass on to a collector new to British coins? I think I want to start a set of crowns (or possibly pennies or half pennies), but I refuse to let myself start before I do some homework.
Got an old copy of one of those books you want to give me a good price on? I'd rather buy here than on half.com. (I prefer a non-smoker's book)
Thanks!

Nothin' wrong with that, but you should repost on the newer one, so it gets bumped back above this.
