1981 Type 2 Susan B. Anthony and Kennedy

Can someone help with these questions. Why is the 1982 Type 2 Susan B. Anthony Dollar listed in the Red book and the Kennedy Half is not? Why does the Dansco album with proofs have a slot for the SBA Type 2 dollar and the Kennedy Album does not? and why did the value on the type 2 SBA PR-69 DC go up $10.00 and The same Grade for the Kennedy go down $15.00.
