Have only had to email Cosetta once and it was my fault for double registering one of my football sets and the problem was fixed within 24 hours and it was completely my fault. Can't ask for much better.

Cosetta is a person who gives the collectors who use PSA professional service while always treating them with kindness and respect. If she were graded she would absolutely be a Gem Mint "10"
