I'm trying to submit a 1913-A Kaiser in Uniform (Prussia) PROOF 3 Mark but can't find the PCGS Number to submit. Anyone have this Number???
Thanks!

You could call customer service and they will give you the number. That is what I usually do.

You are not required to include PCGS coin #s when submitting German coins. -Preussen

Nice
. Try a "koinsolv" or acetone rinse. Some might recommend "MS70," but I've personally never used it. -Preussen
