Cali small gold token

Anyone know about these?? is this one? it's the size of my little finger nail, in the red book it would meet the description of one but doesn't mention a value ?
This coin has spent the last 30 years taped to a piece of cardboard. Would it be alright to use acetone on gold without hurting it. you can see some glue on it. Thanks Dave

Worth melt value, if it even is made of gold.
you might be able to find someone willing to pay a little bit though, if you're lucky.
That does look like a reproduction or look alike coin. It has no date for example. This is an area where one must really have good references. There are tons of legit coins all with low mintages and there are also tons of reproductions and other souvenir coins.
Someone sent me a link to their website:
Cal Fractionals. I'm not sure if it is very helpful or not. I browsed it briefly...
It also does not look like most of the 'tokens' made in the tradition of California small gold, i.e. no bears, fractions, etc.
To me it does not look like gold.
It also does not look struck, but rather cast.
It looks nice though.
