does PSA accept cards in toploaders

I hate card savers there so tight - was wondering if they allowed submissions with toploaders?

thanks

    From submission guidelines, Step 1:

We do not accept hard acrylic snap cases, top loaders or screw down holders. These holders allow movement during shipment which may result in damage.

I want to send a whole order in 4 screw cases, all screwed very tightly.

Yes. I'am not sure about anybody else but I sent in cards in topholders before. Ideally you should use card savers. They will not send your order back because you don't. For thick cards try using a 100 pt or 75 pt top loader. Otherwise if you try squeezing a thick card in a card saver you most likely will bend the corners.

What about cards in mini-tites? Will bubble wrapping them real good be enough protection?
