    Same here. One piece of the present left to come in...and Santa still hasn't visited me yet. Maybe I shouldn't have laughed at him in Publix tonight.
    Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

    Last year, we set the the ship out deadline on Dec 10, which most people got with a few exceptions because they were waiting for their purchases to arrive--that's understandable.

    I got clobbered on ebay, so I have no other choice than to send out something nice from my own collection that I hope my reciever can enjoy. He was not too specific, so I am hoping I got something within his radar of liking. I am targeting the ship date of Dec 13.

    Nice Star Wars reference! May the force be with you always! I am still overwhelmed regarding your Star Wars collection and enjoyed reading how you got some of that stuff. I do the same as you except on a smaller scale.


    Matt has been a good sport with all of this and I hope he is not too overwhelmed. We really never will know what he has to deal with on a daily basis. Kudos to you, Matt, and Tonya too!!!

    Clemaz, thanks for noticing the quote. It goes without saying that I find the late Christopher Reeve just an inspiration for persistence.

    Flintboy, I forgot the same thing on the package I sent out. I did wrap real well and had a nice written card added. It just slipped my mind about labeling CU GIFT EXCHANGE on the box.
