What does CAM mean when describing an El Salvador coin? Don't know, if you don't ask.

CAM = Central American Mint, San Salvador.
I had to look it up.

The reason for the question is, I'm try to gather up large foreign silver coins minted in the USA. Do we need more to collect during the winter months or what?
