My first wave of eBay stuff is entering its final day...lotsa pieces gettin' no lovin' yet!

I just stuck some cheap (but hopefully interesting) stuff on eBay with 99c starts. My first eBay auctions in a while.
I've also listed that 80-piece binder lot that was previously here.
I would have listed it at 99c, too, but didn't wanna give it away, if you know what I mean. Its $65 starting bid is less than half of what I'd originally asked for it, and its conservative retail estimate based on Krause prices (in many cases, below Krause) is $202.75. Though they are mostly inexpensive pieces, they aren't junk, and there are a good number of silver and 1800s coins in there. Individual coin values range from $1.00 to $16.00 apiece.

Roman Empire, bronze sestertius of Gordian III, circa 242-243 AD, RIC 307a

Roman Egypt, AE tetradrachm of Diocletian, Alexandria mint, Year 7 (291-292 AD).

Reduced the starting bid on the big bulk lot above from 65 bucks to 99 cents. I'll take a chance on it. Now everything has a 99c starting bid.
Put up some more stuff overnight, so do have another look. Thanks.
1901-H Hong Kong large cent catalogs $50.00 in UNC (2006). Looks hideous in this picture.
The splotchy toning is there in fact, but this piece does look a bit better in hand, I promise.
1901 "plain" Hong Kong large cent catalogs $60.00 in UNC (2006).
I call this Irish 3d an XF45, and in past experience as a collector of these, I often found myself to be more conservative than the TPGs.
The 1935 Irish Free State threepence lists for $35 in the 2006 Krause, as I recall, and the price skyrockets to $225 in UNC.
Speaking of Irish, here's an Irish coin that never was (but should have been!). Only 360 of this modern fantasy issue were struck,
and it catalogs for $40.00 in the Krause "Unusual World Coins" volume. (One of these is also shown on the cover of the book.)
As far as nicer circulated material goes, I'll wager you couldn't ask for a better-matched, original pair of
small Canadian silver coins than this 1901 5c and 10c. (Which are listed separately).
A cool old Irish token once given me by Michael Swoveland. ("Aethelred").
One of the nicer Japanese coins I've found and one of the few I've taken the trouble to attribute.
(Japanese isn't my strong suit, but I do recognize a nice one when I see it).
Several pieces ain't getting any lovin' yet!
The big bulk lot is goin' healthy, but is still at considerably less than half of its estimated retail/catalog value of $202.75. If it crosses $100, the bonus coin offer kicks in.
This is a $60 coin currently at $3.25.
This is an admittedly ugly coin but it is dated 1663 and happens to be a better date- yet no takers at 99 cents!? No watchers, even? C'mon, even ugly coins need lovin'! Especially when they're 344 years old!
This is a large, attributed ancient Roman bronze that ought to be worth $20-30-ish, and is at 99 cents.
This coin has some slightly unfortunate toning in places, but also some nice mint red. It catalogs $50 in UNC and is is a nice AU, so surely it's worth more than 99 cents?
A nice, originally-toned $40 coin at 99 cents. It still has a few days left, though.
Likewise for its perfectly-matched little sister, who's worth around 20 bucks. I thought this pair would take off like rockets, but both sit fizzling on the launchpad, goin' nowhere!
This XF+ little Irish hare books for $35 in XF and something like $225 in UNC. It's now at $1.04.
No takers on this 1910 Edward VII penny, at 99 cents. True, you see a lot of Eddies, but not as many with hair, and this is worth considerably more than 99 cents (even if you did pay shipping, which I'm offering free to forum members)...
Only the 1666 English reindeer token and the hideous, beat-up 1795 Portuguese colonial piece have reached bid levels I am happy with. I could live with selling the RB UNC 1945 British halfpenny for its current bid of 99 cents, but only because I have practically nothing in it. (It's a $9 coin, as I recall).
Click the link in my sigline or at the top of this thread to see the rest. It's a little early to lament the last wave, but the first wave needs some action. Hopefully the final hours can be counted on for some improvement.
I forgot to mention it anywhere, but will cheerfully extend free shipping to forum members who identify themselves as such when the auctions close.
Did I lay it on a little too thick in this post? Maybe.
Mea culpa- it's 5:30 AM now, I'm at work on my ninth consecutive graveyard shift, and I've had 3-4 hours sleep each day for the last three days. I plead guilty to being a little cheesy and melodramatic at the moment.
