Im 3.5 lbs. heavier this evening. oy.

my personal record is a 6lb gain many christmases ago....

definitely firing up the treadmill tomorrow!

    That's nothing. 7 pounds here and I'm a herbivore. I suspect the big crap I take later tonight or tomorrow morning will get me back under 165 but it's definitely going to be an extended workout tomorrow.

    Well let's see here, Thanksgiving, followed by birthday today(half sister) followed by birthday(nephew's son tommorrow) followed by (uncle's birthday on monday). I'll have to get back to ya on that it.

    im still having my birthday in the cave, (look on post any pic thread,youll get the idea)i woke up this morning with a german spiked helmet on image i dont know what i was thinking but im sure it was something brilliant-im gonna get closed circiut tv tained on my comfy chair,couch ,fridge,and bar out here and see what i do at night,im probably a pretty good tv show
