If we were all the same, the world would be an incredibly boring place.

    I believe they would. They are certifying the hologram and enameled (sp) coins of Canada.

    NCLT = Non-Circulating Legal Tender

    In other words, coins made for collectors rather than buying a newspaper.

    I hate to bring up something liteside, but are the silver and gold eagles (and buffalo I suppose) put out by the Mint NCLT? Would that include just the proofs or the bullionesque ones too? How about the mint commemoratives? They have a 'face value' like th NCLTs do, but certainly don't circulate....(where is Danglen when you need him....)

    If you can't get them at face value from the local bank, then they are NCLT.
