would it not be a breach of confidentiality if PCGS gave anyone information at all about who had the coins graded in 70?

PCGS would not do that. PCGS would simply confirm the coins EXIST.

Mark - You may have missed the thread where we have a mechanism in place to fix problem coins in pop report. I believe (2) of your 2007 SF coins have already been fixed - they were showing up as business strikes. The only reason we know they were yours was that your buyer mentioned where he bought one.
