When I search cards on ebay I always search by time left and see what is ending soon. The first group of auctions that comes up is a short list and then to find a longer list I have to go to about page 15-20 to find auctions ending in the next few minutes. Is that first group that comes up featured auctions? Are they the ones that cost 19.99 to list? If so is there any break on using that service other than having the auction pop up first? Thanks for any help.
