I don't get it. I like Rollins but someone who follows him more closely than I do, please explain this to me. East Coast bias? Coors field discount? Defensive prowess?

it certainly helped that the phillies made the playoffs.
Both players contributed mightily to their teams success, but Colorado's drive to the playoffs was no less dramatic than the phillies.
Holliday led the league in runs created, Xtra base hits, Hits
, BA and RBI.
on the road he hit .301 with 55 RBI's. this whole coors field spin is crap. look at these splits:
Home 82 82 373 335 69 121 12 7 28 75 32 5 53 2 0 4 3 4 4 3 .361 .416 .690 1.106 .360 200 127 Home
Away 81 81 373 342 52 92 13 8 18 64 26 2 73 3 1 1 7 11 3 2 .269 .325 .512 .837 .294 145 73 Away
Guess who that is?
Jim Rice 1978. Should he have lost the MVP cause he crushed the ball at home?
