what would prevent someone from sending in cards to the set registry special for the price and turn around time that they have no intention on adding to a set??
or is it a requirement that everything graded under these specials fit into a set the person has registered??
just curious as to the restrictions on this..

    No restrictions, you don't have to add the cards to a Registry set... you do have to be a Gold or Platinum PSA member to be able to send them in though.

    isn't everybody a gold or platinum member?
    those are the only ways to become a member...?

    You don't have to be a member to have your sets listed in the Registry.
