This is an interesting item for historical autograph collectors. A cut Salmon P. Chase signature, as Secretary of the Treasury, which may be of interest to some coin collectors. Cut with "I am very respectfully" and "Secreatry of the Treasury", written in another person's hand. Chase signs "SP Chase" between the two lines. Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA holder, the cert number is 81776549.
