Actual bullion content of Lincoln Mint silver medals?

Any idea how much actual silver is in each of these?

If my understanding is correct, "Sterling" means 92.5% silver, but I wonder whether or not these medals are actually heavier than 1oz to account for the impurity? Tried asking the seller for clarity on weight/fineness but haven't received a response as of yet. Wondering what this lot is worth for the bullion content -- probably not $600 though.
