Circulated Buffalo 5c Set in Dansco. 15% of bid price.
Buffalo Nickel Set in Dansco 7112
A starter set of evenly worn and matched pieces, some with problems as noted, as filler pieces, for a few of the key dates. Other key dates like: 14d, 21s, 31s are very nice coins that were upgraded shortly after assembling in early 2003 when I was just getting back into coins (childhood hobby). These were used as learning to grade for the first time-- along with Lincolns-- and find some direction.
NO ACID DATES or cleaned coins.
Otherwise, problem-free and graded as best I could per photos in David Lange’s book on Buffalo nickels. Split Grades are given since there are weakly struck issues, but I am not knowledgeable enough in the series to know all the nuances.
*"BID" price listed for AG coins is ~50% of Good, if problem-free; discounted much more if more wear or problems (as listed).
The 3 dates missing are 1913 d Type II and the 18/17 and 3 legger.
The Dansco album was purchased new 4 years ago and the slides are in good shape. Smoke-free home FWIW.
Perhaps for a child or grandchild, take all the coins out and let them search and put in the album...
If you would like more photos, PM me for the request. I find these nickels so much more difficult to photo/scan to get the look in hand than silver. The dates are very hard to photo and if you know Buffalo nickels, just turning them in the light ever so slightly can make the date just pop out better for those AG-G coins.
I guarantee these to look better in hand --and if you’re not happy, 7 day return policy, as always. If you need references from other forum members with whom I have had transactions, I am glad to provide them for you.

The first two pictures are the best representation of what these coins look like in hand, at least on my monitor anyway.

Terrible pics of the 1914d: does not look grainy in hand, a very nice coin

Do your best to avoid circular arguments, as it will help you reason better, because better reasoning is often a result of avoiding circular arguments.
