ASE question

Has the mint changed in any way of miniting the bullion ASE since inception?

I am asking only because I have a raw 1991 that is shiny, almost PL.

The post 97 or 98, I forget exactly when it started, SAEs tend to have a matte finish as compared with the earlier dates (if that's what you're referring to).
