New card shop in Cincy

I went to a new card shop that just opened today on the east side on Ohio Pike. It is owned by Don Gullet's son.
he has some nice vintage baseball along with the modern inserts. Thiw week is his grand opening and they are
offering discounts on most everything.

I picked this up today. Any thoughts on what it might grade?

It looks like a lock for an 8 and maybe a 9 if that bottom edge looks better in person than the scan.

Hudson, OH to Amelia, OH has to be at least 4 and a half hours.
