if you don't have a heritage account, why don't you, it is free??
from good solid dies. It's my understanding that these tend to get a cou-
ple of bumps in grade since they come so awful. They are not overly scarce
with blazing luster and few marks but nice well struck examples can be
exceedingly tough.
There are only a very few sources for these and a very low proportion are
choice from these sources.
In my opinion they are worth somewhat less than the guides say with
poor strikes but far more with good strikes. Expect to look for a while
and be prepared to pay the price when you find one. Then again, it's
not impossible to find a gem in a dealer's stock for ten dollars or a par-
tial roll with several gems for only $50 per piece.
I've been looking since 1983 and have come up empty handed. ...not
even an MS-64.
