grading cards

i am wondering about some cards i sent in.. now will the psa grade cards that are not mlb endorsed. i sent in a paninni sticker that i got from venezula and they said that they could not grade it, the same with a brand called cardtoons. i found the cardtoon site i know that the mlb did not endorse the cards but does that have any bearing on grading? if that is so i just purchased some of those 2007 sport kings and they are not endorsed by the mlb will psa grade those? thanks for any direction on this subject.. don russell

    Don from what I understand PSA does not grade cards that are not liscenced by MLB and/or the Players assoc.


    pannini though I thought had a liscence.

    Maybe Marc will weigh in.
