Check the Grading box
In the service level check Other and enter BULK
Don't fill out any shipping or grading fee areas. Just leave them blank.
Mail to PCGS and be sure to write BULK on the outside of the package.
The fees vary accoring to what you specify as a minimum acceptable grade. That grade must appear on the form.
All the coins that meet your minimum acceptable grade are billed at different levels with MS65 and lower being $10 per coin
MS66 is $12 per coin
MS67 jumps to $15 per coin and MS68 I think goes up to $20
If more than 60% of your total submission meets or exceeds your minimum grade then those that don't meet minimum grade are not billed. If less than 60% meet minimum grade you are billed at $2.00 per coin.
When your order is complete, the Bulk department will contact you regarding how much your bill is and what form of payment you will be sending.
I'm not real sure about the 60% level so contact PCGS and ask for the BULK department. Stephanie can answer all your specific questions.

<< <i>as long as i get a 68? they caan take all year. lol. Thx do you suggest min 65. extra charge for FDI? >>
Calculate the going rate on e-bay after fees for each grade level. At a certain point paying $2 instead of $10 becomes a real blessing as they may not sell for much more than $5.
<< <i>Your Best Bet is Call PCGS Again as Bulk Submission can be a bit tricky as there are alot of requirements involved. You can use a Regular submission form and under the Grading Section, choose "Other" and write in BULK. Bulk also has to be written on the OUTSIDE of your Package when Shipped. You have to also choose a minimum Grade you will accept and (i think ) it's 60 % of the coins must meet this Grade, but not exactly sure on that % number. I was also told they had to be in Plastic Tubes, not Rolls and must be the Same Coin,Date and Mint Mark,etc.....So you see why you need to get on the Phone with PCGS and they will transfer you to the Bulk Submission Dept. I hope you're not in a hurry to get them back. >>
Slight correction here.
Coins must all be of the same type. i.e. All Sacajawea's, or all Lincolns, or all IKE's but they can be of different dates and mint marks.
For your minimum acceptable grade, unless you want to end up giving a lot of MS65's away, I'd recommend a minimum grade of MS66 for the Presidential Dollars other wise you'll end up paying $10 per slab on something that will only get you $5 to $6 bucks on a good day.
