Matte Proof Lincoln's for the week of 11/14

I was not sure as to whether or not to post the MPL list this week since the Baltimore Show later this week will make significant changes to the list, but what the heck! This week we have 30 Proofs down from 32 last week. The coin to watch last week was the RAW 1915 on Ebay. Well, it went for $472.88. Not bad if you like to gamble on Raw Mattes. Also the 1911 PR65 BRN went for $950 on Teletrade. This weeks Coin to watch are any of those up for auction. Best of luck to those of you bidding. As I reported last week, FUN may bring out some Mattes and low and behold a 1909 VDB PR 64 BRN will be at auction in January.

As always, if you know of one that is sold on the list or becomes available, just PM me so I can keep the list as accurate as possible. Till next week.

Just saw another round of BV increases for the MPL and the coming auction is not even started yet! Look at the price guide and you will see what I mean. Looks like a Christmas tree it so GREEN.

Bob, thanks again for keeping up with this.

I think they are still a good deal at the listed prices. MPL's are by far the rarest of most widely collected series. I wouldn't sell any of mine for the prices listed, and would pay any of those prices as long as the coin is properly graded.

The coming auction should prove very interesting to say the least. It is a bull market for MPL's!
