It's a nice one, but is that a rim knick above the T in STATES? That might keep it out of a slab....

It looks MS61 to me. I don’t think the upside of having it graded is worth it for this common date--if it were 1902 or 1905 then definitely.
I am concerned about the patch of hairlines between the date and 13th star and also on the cheek which may keep it out of a holder.
