I think many of the posters have hit the high points - it has the "look" and booming luster. It those two are missing, unlikely you would get a 67 even if the technical grade is there.
Field marks. Generally you would not expect to find field marks at the MS67 grade.
Portrait marks. Some are ok, but not in the focal points - ear rim, cheek forhead. A few marks are ok in the hair...one focal mark can be ok if not distracting but two marks kicks the coin out of the MS67 grade.
Strike. Generally strong except on S mint coins where there can be some weakness in the margins.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
