Has anyone ever had a problem with Charlie Moore maxxing out mail bids and not awarding winning mail bids at one increment over the next bid?

No. I have done business with Chuck for about 25 years. I have had absolutely nothing happen that would lead me to believe that he pads the bids.

Same here- though not as long as Rob.

I do wish that he would develop an online presence though. I think it would expose more of his material to a larger audience.

edit cause I can't spell tonight!
