PSA 4 Butkus, but wax stain and marked?

How does this Butkus get a straight PSA 4 with the quiz filled in and what looks like a wax stain????

I think the wax is fine in the grade , the written in answer is a whole nother story and mistake.

should it have 2 qualifiers? or should the grade simply be lowered?

any time there is writing , I thought that it gor an MK as I have seen psa 1 Mk's , as for the wax stain, at this level, it is acceptable for the grade i believe
