When ws the last time the Irish lost to two service academies in the same year?

Yesterday’s loss came a week after Navy’s 46-44 win in three overtimes, marking the first time since 1944 the Irish lost to two military academies in the same season.

    Is Weiss overrated as a coach/recruiter? ND is supposed to have one of the better classes next year, so they may turn it around a couple of years down the road, but I would only expect marginal improvement for the next year or so.

    this season sucks, i can only hope it gets better next year, but if its a slow start look out!!!

    notre dame are usually great,i dont know what happened to em this year,dolphins stink,you can watch cartoons like me lol-wvu and pitt will be good

    they actually looked like a football team the last 2 weeks of the year. very young and very inexperienced, we'll see what that brings next year.
