Looking for Opinions… Does this card really look oc?

I’m looking to buy as psa 7-8 Jordan rookie… I found this one on ebay, its 8 (oc) but does not look that oc… any opinions on if it really is oc? And if there would be a chance I could resubmit with no qualifiers and at least get it to grade out to a 7.

  • Based on recent grading, that's a Gem mint card!image

No really, that's a great looking card. As others have said, "by the card, not the case".

Whoever ends up with that card is thinking the same thing. That's probably the nicest OC you'll ever find. It's worth the resub if you can get it for the right price, but you know that.

  • does not look OC at all. I would go for it, crack and resub. It appears to meet 8 NQ centering. The only issue might be it comes back as a 7.

Sure doesn't look OC to me - just compare it with this one that received NQ.

Just curious tho - what's the report on PSA 8's that are centered for this card?

  • Some people say the older flips were overgraded, I have a tendency to believe from past experience they were undergraded. That has a real good shot at a straight 8 if cracked and resubmitted.
Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

That one will be a interesting one to watch. I bet that one will end up over $600.00 dollars. Which would be the price of a 8.

Looks like a straight 8 to me.

Compare what a PSA 7 and PSA 8 card goes for and take a chance based on if it comes back as a 7.

  • It's close to OC from top to bottom.

Does anyone else think that case looks a tad frosted on the bottom?

  • thanks for the Opinions guys... I think I put a snipe on the card.

  • I think I gave the auction some hype... it appears it will no longer be a deal!

Anyone know what a Jordan 7 normally sells for, I have not seen many listed on the bay.

Card looks OK left to right and slightly OC top to bottom.
