1984 Topps USFL Steve Young Price?

Could someone help me on the price on a 1984 Topps USFL Steve Young PSA 8? SMR and what the really normally go for, Beckett price also if possible?

There is one in an eBay store for $125? I am wondering if that is good, if I could wait and maybe do better.

VCP shows the average price as being $98.05 with the last 4 selling for $91.11 (10/30), $84.00 (10/05), $94.65(09/26), and $105.00 (09/11).
