can i put green label slabs in my registry set?

I am trying to add a green label coin to my registry set, it says "Sorry, the Coin you are attempting to view is invalid." What does that mean? Do I need to add some digits to the front or end of the cert number?

It means that there is a problem with the cert number in PCGS' database. Simply send an email to PCGS with a pic of the coin with the cert number clearly readable as proof that you own it and they will fix it. Label color has no bearing on whether a coin can be included in the Registry.

Sometimes the older seven digit cert. numbers need a zero in front, then they will go in. And check your inventory it may be in there. I have got that message in error a couple of times when entering coins.

What Lindedad said....I had one last weekend that was OGH and wouldn't go when I entered it "quick". When I tried again, it worked and put a zero in front of it for me.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Exactly! What Bochi & Lindedad said. To enter a cert# you need 7 digits.

Some older holders have only 6. If so you need to add a zero before the numbers shown on the label.

Actually if its a rattler with 6(?) you need to add 2- 0's, but the majority of the ratt's and OGH's are 7 digits- just and a zero, should be fine.

What everyone else said......sometimes a 6 digit number does go in without an error, but safe just to add it.
But is that the prompt for a missing '0'?

"View" is that it said, didn't make any sense to me but I got it to work by putting in an extra 0. It didn't work the first time I tried, second time it went through no problem. Thanks everyone!

Depending on how you add it, the system will add the zeros.
