United States Rare Coin & Bullion Reserves/US Gold Eagle Costs?

United States Rare Coin & Bullion Reserves in Austin Texas. Anyone hear of these people?

I have in my hand invoices which a customer of theirs has provided me with his gold eagle coins. Wowee. I'll have some comments soon along with some actions I intend to take on behalf of my customer but would appreciate any information and/or opinions from y'all.

Tom

This might be the same company selling the rare ballistic rolls of presidential dollars. I've read this name reading full page gold ads in my state newspaper. I have a feeling what you are about to say is not complimentary. image

  • Is this the company with the 1/2 hour infomercial, with a salesman talking about gold going to $2000, and in the background there are all these uniformed security bringing gold in and out of a vault, etc etc? If it is, they are telling you that you can buy these gold coins (American Eagles) for x dollars, but at no point during the infomercial do the actually disclose how much gold (ounces) you are getting for the stated price. It's long on hype and short on information. So give us the story Tom.
  • They sold one of my clients PCGS Slabbed gold & platinum that brought about 50% of what they paid when we sold it earlier this year. This is after holding them for about 2 1/2 years as gold and platinum have improved significantly. What does that tell you?

Complimentary? I'm thinking of posting copies of their invoices. That might light somebody's fuse.

I referred my customer to the State Attorney General's office. Next I will advise him to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

Enough is enough of this type of crap.
