OK, so I haven't been around much anymore. Most of my free time is spent being a dad to a 17 yr old daughter and playing music. The band and the daughter are both doing well. Played about 30 shows this year and the girl has applied to App. State here in NC. I am also up for a promotion here at the park. So, in a couple of weeks I could be managing my own facility. In regaurd to "so far a good year", except for coin collecting which has been on the back burner since spring ANA, I am hosting a giveaway, which will run till I get the news good or bad. Only darksiders (I know the difference) need reply for the gift coin. You are looking at it right now.

Congratulations on 6666 posts. I have a 13 year old granddaughter that I am raising and envy you that you have made it to 17 years already. In this day and age it is no picnic to raise a teenage girl. I started coin collecting as a ten year old and did not do to much with it from 20 until last year when I got back into it big time. Have bought probably 3000 foreign this past year. Am now retired at 61-so I went a long time without my passion. Keep up the post.

Seriously though, I hope you get good news on all fronts--that way with the kiddo off at school you will have more time for playing music, working (I'm sure a promotion will make that happen) and,, of course a little time left over for us .
